The woods can be a dangerous place, even during the day the darker recesses of the canopy can conceal some of the most dangerous of predators. Suddenly, a scratching noise, quiet yet audible, and from the source, a pair of platinum blonde ears peeking out from the brush like periscopes. The gentle sound of ink and paper continued to fill the serene symphony of the outdoors. Engrossed in their work staring at a single... Centipede, the black sheen of its carapace shimmered like obsidian as it lay curled up in a neat spiral. Notes sprawled throughout their notepad which was riddled with bullets and text, as he continued his sketch of the insect. Would you disturb their work?

Dungeon Diver

Noah is a daring spelunker who frequently travels throughout Hydaelyn, and while his recent adventures have found himself in Eorzea, his desire for adventure has no bounds. Equipped with a bow and different odds and ends he is quite adept at scouting and surveying different areas. He is frequently hired to create detailed maps in various dungeons, caves, or woodlands. The information provided tends to be highly detailed and contains local flora, fauna, and geology of the area.

Sharlayan Scholar

Having spent some time in Sharlayan, Noah frequently documents publications of his works in quarterly journals. Submissions and studies of plants and animals which have similar features between East and West, he focuses on topics pertaining to convergent evolution. Frequently badgered by bloodthirsty editors to submit new material he is always on the search for something new to learn and research.

Empathic Ecologist

Noah has always been fond of animals, life as a wesfv and living in the tundras and forests of the Skatay mountain range has allowed him to attune himself to nature and his surroundings. Even before more vicious adversaries he opts to choose the path of least resistance. Violence is rarely on the agenda as he would choose to escape a dangerous situation opposed to escalating it. More often than not he will befriend more curious creatures which allows him to study them in great detail.

Budding Botanist

Eorzea has always been a lot smaller than Othard, and this has allowed for a more stationary lifestyle. Learning by growing various plants himself he documents the stages of their life and the nutrients or factors necessary for their development. Still lacking in many ways Noah has a bit of luck and a green thumb. His information is limited to text; however, there is a large difference between knowledge and application. Being so far from Sharlayan he has exhausted his contacts, so he searches for someone to act as a colleague and friend.

Wanderlust

Noah was born and raised in West Othard originating from the Skatay Range. Having met a Sharlayan scholar and gleaners he grew a connection with the scholar in particular who enlightened them about the world. Learning what the scholar offered he acted as a guide in the Skatay Range allowing them to conduct their research in the area safely, free from the other Wood Warders. Eventually completing his time as a Wood Warder he continued acting as a pathfinder for the scholars and documented the lay of the land before they entered various caves going through expedition after expedition. Cartography, topography, and biology came hand in hand during these outings as he’d record all of his findings while learning alongside the scholars.Over time Noah became well versed in many different animals and their features noting different parallels between animals in similar biomes. He found a specialty in observation, particularly noting the common threads between species which may have never met before. Taking note of all his adventures while working with the researchers he eventually arrived at the kingdom of knowledge, Sharlayan. Formal classes and the pursuit of knowledge he spent years if not at least a decade burying himself in research, he felt it strange. A prison was still a prison regardless of being trapped by bars or outdoors in Skatay, he chose to travel once more.

I would like to follow the typical OOC≠IC and all my RP partners should be 18+ as a bare minimum.I am generally a pretty lax person who is willing to accommodate your schedule. I may or may not have a crippling glamour addiction, so feel free to share any cool outfits! I always believe to have a good IC relationship it starts OOC, so I'm looking more for friends first then RP!
